Ever so often fate introduces you to an unforgettably remarkable person. Someone like the dynamic, vivacious, humble and wonderful. Someone who when you first meet them feels like a friend you have known your whole life. A good man. That is how I would characterize
Maurice. A good man. The kind of many who always puts others first.
Maurice is a Jamaican-born naturalized American citizen who while he has a soft voice and gentle way of speaking defines himself clearly by his desire to make others happy. In real estate this translates into his willingness to listen to you and his feeling that is his duty to do his very best to make
sure he has done everything possible to make you happy. Maurice serves beyond the call of duty and will often bend backwards to meet his clients (your) needs.
In 2005 Floridians experienced hurricane Wilma. Maurice made it a point of his personal duty to ensure that his non-resident client's homes were secure by installing hurricane shutters for some who had them and after the storm he visited over 25 homes and informed the owners of their properties condition.
Maurice has an innate passion for ‘PEOPLE’ and has dedicated his entire working life to serving others. He is available, dependable and self-motivated, with one goal – customer satisfaction. He is a keen listener and serves his clients with their best interest in mind. He will make your
home buying experience very enjoyable as he has been doing that for so many other satisfied clients.
The middle child of five siblings, Maurice has always been the ‘go to person’ whenever there is a major decision to be made in the family. In-fact his Real Estate prowess began at the age of 14 when his dad took him to look at properties he was interested in buying. The one Maurice chose, later turned out to be
the most viable economically. Today they still own that property.
Maurice is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing Tennis and Cricket (his favorite of all games) in his spare time. He loves Track and Fields, Basket Ball, Soccer and Football. He has a passion for antiques, his favorite television program in the ‘ANTIQUES ROADSHOW.’
For over eighteen years I have been blessed to be his wife, friend and lifetime partner. Maurice has been a faithful, dedicated and committed husband and puts the human face to, “I will love, honor, cherish and obey.” Maurice seeks for and brings out the best in me with his unwavering unconditional love and support.
He is just as motivated and committed to my success as he will be to yours’. It has truly been an honor and a blessing to have shared his life for over eighteen years and I pray we will enjoy many, many more.
